What is this sheet?

Not sure where to post this, so I posted here, but I found this sheet in my trunk the day I brought the car home after buying it... just curious what it is. At first glance I was thinking a build sheet, but I would think a build sheet would have much more stuff on it. Just wondering if anyone knows for sure what it is... thanks.

Factory build sheet. Tells the workers what options go on your car.

Cool! Thanks for the info. Had no idea how much less info goes on a build sheet these days. LoL. The one I had for my 1980 Z28 had like 100 different codes and stuff all over it - that's why I didn't think it was a build sheet. I'll go ahead and keep it in a document protector or something... maybe put it behind the window sticker I have in a frame already.
