If non BA system and used the Pac gm 44 harness, there's no way to fix it.

Move RCA cables away from power cables.
Adjust the gains on the amp
Check grounds
Move all grounds to separate location for amp (s)
Use band aid - ground loop isolater
Use a noise filter

But then again you didn't give enough detail to really pin point the issue.

It is the BA system ive ran the rca cables.trough the passenger side my remote trough the driver side. The ground has been.placed in.a.couple different places. I have tried the rca ground isolators. I think.thats.what they are called. But they just take.away and.it doesnt sound.good(buzzing is still there)

I have the same issue only when the headlights are on. I am still trying to diagnose the problem. I have the BA system also. Bought the amp kit from sub thump and installed a planet audio 2400 watt 4 channel amp. I did have a JL audio 2 channel amp prior to installing the planet audio and had no issues with the JL Audio amp.

well im using a kenwood 240/4 amp i soldered the power and ground wires then re-connected it took away most of it and all i have is a small buzz, when lights are off and a litttle louder when they are on, its better than what it was befor. im still trying to figure it out. its a bit of a pain in the butt. everywhere i called they want to charge over $100 just to check it and or re-do the install.

Try doing the "big 3" upgrade, it sounds like you are getting a ground loop from the alternator possibly.
