Tap shift

A question has been wondering in my mind. Is it safe to drive say (200-250miles) in Manual Tap shift mode in the Z? If so will it reduce your gas mileage? Thanks for your input

I don't see why it wouldn't be safe. It can affect gas mileage in positively or negatively depending on your choice of gearing. If you rev it to redline in every gear, your mileage will go down. If you baby it the whole time, the mileage may go up.
