Also are they powder coated or painted? How is te quality?

They are powder coated. They come with brackets/clips that attach to the calipers. Once those clips are in place, the covers mount to the clips and secured by a nut. They are made well, good quality. I still have all the packaging and installation instructions. I really hate that I can't use them, especially after I waited a month for them to arrive. My lost, someone else's gain.

I don't know the OP but I will say I bought a set (easy to install) and the amount of dust they cut down or keep off your wheels is worth it. You will spend a lot less time cleaning your wheels of brake dust. I like the look too but to each their own opinion.
They do fit the stock RS 20" and the Forgestar F14's 20". I had them installed on both sets of wheels. Just for your information.

I have these covers also and I have the Rs 20. I installed mine whith the tires on. Better then painting the calipers

I put Black ones on our 's.. I did it at work on my break times & Lunch time... Did it with the tires on ... 19" rims. and work great ...
