My Summit White 1SS/RS
Well i just wanted to start my own thread with my Camaro build. It's a Summit White 1SS/RS L99. I have owned it since March and have made some exterior mods. I have also added an axle back Borla Atak exhaust. Oh yeah and most important I have ordered the parts for a L99 to LS3 conversion.
Here's a list of mods so far: RK Sport ground effects painted black Factory spoiler painted black Rear diffuser painted black Debadged Camaro emblems and SS emblems Painted bowties and tail light surrounds black Powder coated factory wheels black Gas tank door painted black Sub thump box with JL3 12" sub Side markers tinted (not pictured) Gill inserts in black (not pictured) Hood spears black (not installed) These parts on order: L99 to LS3 conversion (of course includes all the goodies) Stall ARH headers Rotofab CAI Trans cooler Soon to come: Heritage grill painted black Mirrors painted black Door handles painted black (still weighing this out) Rk Sport spoiler painted black Fog light surrounds painted black XM antenna painted black Brake calipers painted white (dont know about this) Last pic is a photoshop I just did to kind of see what it will be looking like! Very very clean! I wanted a Summit White at first but then the dealer had a black 2SS/RS with all the other options I wanted so I pulled the trigger. You definately have me second guessing myself now!

Nice list of mods. Sub looks nice mounted on the side. And you definetely need to do your brake calipers - those really make your wheels pop. It's on my "list of things to do" also.

Just got word that all my engine parts have arrived but my installer is soooo booked it will be another 2 weeks before I can even take the car in and then a few days for the install. I'm so impatient! |
