How much power is there to get in the v6
Hey guys, I was just pondering today and wandered into the Camaro land of my imagination . . where it usually goes when I day dream. I was just wondering how much power can be had for a 2011 Camaro v6 with tune, bolt ons and what not. Im more if a looks kinda guy but maybe once I get bored enough I may want to add a few horses . . THANKS!
Or lead me to the thread that says this. I tried google for all you site moms out there |

I know stock, the V6 is faster than most guardian angels can fly.

You will want to speak to GretchenGotGrowl. He is a member on here and is a leader in the V6 world when it comes to pushing the limits of the LLT (and now the LFX.) If you just want to do standard bolt-ons without forced induction or internal work you can get fairly close to 290rwph (300 max). But that information is about a year old as I haven't been following the V6 threads as much.

I would say 500+HP with an IPF S/C kit and tune and some basic mods. (LFX motor)
That should yield about 420-450 RWHP on a dyno.

With a CAI, headers, cat-back, & tune you can maybe get around 280 rwhp. The '10 and '11 stock V6 makes around 240 rwhp.

If you want a max HP/Torque on this IPF get a dyno tune. Other then that Arno will get you close to max.

Soo much horsepower. After spending hundred if not thousands, about 20hp
If you really want power. Save on spending on boltons and just spend on an FI kit and you'll get good power.

280-290 is about average with full bolt ons. But be prepared for the mystical dyno issues the LLT apparently has. Who ever has been on this board long enough will know what I'm talking about
