That’s certainly a possibility. My thought is they’ll just make it so it can’t be licensed.

I can totally see Ca going that route due to a CARB recommendation, or requiring an ethanol fuel... i cant see the rest of the country going that route in that short of a timespan. We in socal see tons of turnover in vehicles, i doubt that happens as much outside of the major metropolitan areas here (someone else can chime in with more knowledge than me).
