You think I'd be nuts to do a 1LE conversion from a ZL1?
Its 256am and I just got done watching Taken 2.
I'm sure there is someone that would do a swap with me, front bumper, hood, rear diffuser. Hmmm...the ultimate sleeper, Ok, enough for tonight. I'm givin myself a headache! No more, no more! Last edited by FINALLYSATISFIED; 01-20-2013 at 03:12 AM. |

No, you wouldn't be nuts. You would still have the motor and suspension set-up. It's all up to what look you like more.
I wish I lived closer. |

Why don't you just buy a 1LE next week and then trade it for a ZL1 the week after that.

You'd mess up the engine bay cooling with the 1LE hood

I think that's a killer idea. The wheels are the same, and you could pick up a stock hood and bumper for cheap... I'd just save your original stuff. Would definitely fool a ton of people, and still look cool.
Heck, eventually you're going to HAVE to do that just to keep your ZL1 from looking like every V6 car with a ZL1 bumper and hood scoop.

Man, I hope you dont do this to ur zl1. The ss facia doesnt have brake cooling ducts and the bafles are not optimized for the zl1 radiator.
