SS with RS options

Quick question for yall. I ordered an SS Camaro with the RS equipment group (so I could get the HIDS and halo's, cool rims, tinted tails etc) But will it say SS or RS on the grill and truck? Everybody I talk to about the Camaro asks what I ordered with it and I say RS and they all think I got the V-6 version. If it comes with the RS badging is there something else that shows it has the LS3 So I dont have to open her up or open the hood to prove it??? Thanks a bunch.

It still shows SS. Only difference is it is in red as opposed to silver.

Not true

Actually it's considered to be an RS SS and the badges WILL be RS in red and the distinct way to tell the difference between the LT's and SS' is the small opening just below the hood I belive it's a "dummy" air intake, and the front fasica is designed different but might be a little hard to see to the average person, but that "mail slot" in front by the hood is the dead giveaway.

I'm afraid not.

Consider it how you will, but as stated earlier:
an SS Camaro with the RS package will sport RED 'SS' badging.

But you can also order an LT with the RS package so hopefully the SS will have distinctive badges As previously mentioned an SS has the better looking front Fasica with the (mail slot) but to the untrained eye it may be hard to notice a difference with-out some badges

there are some pretty noticeable differences between the two.
here's a thread explaining the visual differences (which also include different rear diffusers and exhaust tips.)

http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=5219

also note that it is no longer referred to as the 'RS bumper' as mentioned at the beginning of the thread. it the the V6 bumper

RS SS Red SS

Plenty of image examples on the site, and on the official site. Even the silver SS on the Camaro5 site image above my window right now is obviously a non RS, 1SS model. I may be a newb, but sheesh, I thought everyone knew.
