My warranty is up at 5/14/13
Being my car is up in a week and its been dyno tuned, new gears, all the bolt ons and torque converter etc etc etc lol..
what would you guys do? i mean is it even worth it to bring it to them and have them give it a good once over and see if anything needs attention that would be covered still? the car runs fine but doesnt mean something cant happen in 2 weeks, u know how that goes.. also with all the work i have done to the car do you even think they would honestly even bother looking for me??? need some advice.. only got a week left

So you take it in, they give it the once over, they give back and it's fine. But something goes wrong 2 weeks later anyway.
It is what it is, if something goes wrong after your warranty expires, shut the car down and get it towed to where ever you want it worked on, keep the damage down to a $600 job instead of a total engine rebuild.

Powertrain warranty already gone at this point per your description of the mods you have done....tune alone voids the warranty.

Thats true. If you replace an engine through GM under warrenty you have to provide pictures of engine specs generated by a Tech 2. If yours was tuned GM wouldnt have covered your engine anyway.
