1LE PDR install?
Hey everyone, so I’m looking at getting a 2SS/1LE but the one I’ve found doesn’t have a PDR. Does anyone know if the OEM PDR and software can be installed after I buy it?

No, it is not possible to add the OEM PDR afterwards. While you can get the hardware, you cant get the BCM reprogrammed thru the dealer to make it all work.

If you don't get the PDR there are other camera's with apps that provide performance overlays. However they will not be tapping into your car's data. If you truly want a seamless PDR option, you need to buy a car with one. This was one of my must haves.

The torque app with Bluetooth adapter taps into the cars data.

I hadn't seen an update on it in a while so I just assumed that. But hey, you know what they say about assuming. I'm sure a few people would buy it, but it definitely looks like it would end up being out of a lot of people's price range.
