I had Corsa on a 550hp SS. Great sound. But the factory on my ZL1 is amazing. And it's nice to be able to be quiet at 30 mph.

I think most of the exhausts sound great on a ZL1 but once you add LT's the story is different , some get really loud .

I had a corsa exhaust + LT headers on my jeep srt sounded wicked

But for the zl1 imo the stock exhaust is more than enough

Especially when u add headers

It has a very deep sound. I'd say it's just loud enough. The fit was great, everything went on great. I'll try to post a video of it this weekend.

The stock NPP exhaust sounds like total crap. I would rather listen to beating a metal trash can.

Huh? I get nothing but compliments about my stock exhaust. I'm surprised to hear you say that.

They are just being nice...with flaps open the exhaust note is as trashy as an old school "glass pack". The exhaust note is much better with the flaps closed but not great. No worries about any performance loss with flaps open but refinement is not there. It is possibly better with high flow cats.

I liked the stock exhaust until I put LTs on. I even wired in a 3 way switch to keep them closed all the time, open all the time, or factory and I'm not impressed...way too raspy...

This X10000000000

That will be the next thing I do to my car. I just can't stand how it sounds. It's so hard to get a good judge on exhaust sounds in you tube clips and such. Would love to hear some aftermarket exhaust on zl1's in person to make the choice easier.
