The Z28 specs are huge and the concept pics are sick...however; I think I will just opt for the SS and gleefully watch the Z28 trump the Stang from the side lines..if/when it comes out the price will undoubtly marginalize a lot of perspective buyers...

If I don't get a Camaro within the next year I will wait for this bad boy, silver is amazing!!!! Joe

I do not know how anyone with a brain could call Transformers 2 a flop maybe it could have been a little less convoluted but the fact is it has done 400 MILLION in the USA that is about 100 million more than Star Trek or Harry Potter or UP the next three highest grossing films in fact it is like 7th all time and could end up 6th when all is said and done. For someone to say its a flop is lets just say not very bright add to that that Camaro sales in the two months its been out as been better than mustang need I say more.

On the Z28, I hope it does come out and looks like Bumblebee in part 2 that is a lot more stunning than the current SS and lets hope for more power would love the CTS-V 556hp motor and if they feel that is too low mileage at least put direct injection and get the LS3 power to at least 475hp minimum and less weight at least 150-250 pounds and no stupid rev limiter.

Time to trot this one out again:
Camaro5 forums and Stovt001 present: Real Men of Genius (Real men of Genius) Today we salute you. Mr. Necro Thread Poster (Mr. Necro Thread Poster) Finding a long dead thread, you send it back to the top of the forum listing with an insightful comment: "LOL I agree." (Bumpity Bump!) The topic may be out of date or completely hashed out, but you won't be deterred by the months old last post date. (Late breaking news!) You know without a doubt what you have to say will breath fresh life into this discussion that apparently died for no real reason. (Where did everyone go!?) So crack open an ice cold Bud Light, oh Lazarus of the forums. 'Cause we all know you'll get the last word, even if everyone else already left the party. (Mr. Necro Thread Poster!) Please don't take offense Superscout. I'm having a bit of fun, and this thread only died 2 months ago.

Yeah it didn't even crack 2 months yet, so its borderline, but I thought a little ribbing couldn't hurt. And it does seem like any thread mentioning Z28 possibilities is immediately hashed out.

They are discussing this over at ChallengerTalk and just look what they are saying! BTW, the only thing I require of the Z28 is the destruction of the GT500 lol. |
