Looks like there may be a good point for the Southbound 75 route to meet up with the Eastbound group in Atlanta. Since we are leaving Chattanooga at 8:15 and it is a two hours shot down 75 from Chattanooga to ATL, maybe the two groups can converge in ATL at 10:30 am since the time in Birmingham was a ??? I am not sure what their plan was. If it was overnight in Birmingham, its only a 2.5 hour drive to ATL, sounds like 10:30 in ATL would work nice.

Our ??? was there because we aren't exactly sure when we will arrive in Birmingham, but it is our overnight stop. . .we aren't really setting an arrival time for that one. Other than that we would love to meet up in ATL around 10:30 Friday, we will just make sure to get up and get on the road in time

Sounds good to me. I am a weee bit concerned about us getting on the road in time from Knoxville. We need to be driving by about 6:15 am to stay on track. We will make it!

If you guys Google map / Map-Quest your Destinations it should be pretty close..because they calculate the cars doing the speed limit and we all know that we will be doing a little bit faster..so this will let you make up the timings as you go along.

Right, thats what I did but it also does not allow for any stops so there won't be any stops along the way. If you have to pee... you have to hold it! It is only 2 hours between knoxville and chatt and 2 hours between chatt and atl so it should not be an issue at all. As long as everyone is ready to head out at 6:15, we will be fine and make it to atl at 10:30 no sweat.

Something to remember... The Knoxville/Chattanooga/Atlanta gang is on eastern time. The Wichita/OKC/Birmingham gang is on central time to the AL.-GA. state line, where it changes to eastern.

ahhh yes good call. The meeting time is 10:30 eastern time. The westeners may have to get going an hour earlier from Birmingham. No real worried I bet since they plan to overnight there and it is a short drive from Birmingham to ATL.

I'll probably be in this caravan also, but don't officially put me there yet. The wife has 'unofficially' given the go ahead. Let me get past the holidays and make the official reservation call, and THEN you can get me on the list.
