No, Cincy Speed is going to install them and retune the car. With the headers and RotoFab, it will need retuned. We are thinking over 400 at the wheels HP and TQ. I am hopeful myself. Only wild card is the OEM exhaust. Similar setups with aftermarket cat backs make well into the 410s and 420s so I should be there too... We shall see. I hope to have those on by the 23rd. I may also play around with my sways when they come in, prior to the 23rd, incase we need to install some others that day, i will know what I am doing... LOL!

I'll want to check out your headers when your car is on the lift. I wonder how difficult a DIY install of these headers would be.

For those of you that have NOT changed your fluid in the manual transmission or the rear end, I would highly recommend it. You can ask Jason about the transmission. Big difference and also if you would see what came out of the rear ends. YECK. I will bring my hammer for any work that requires fine tunning. It takes 4 qts of Mobil 1 automatic trans fluid. This is the fluid
Mobil 1 Synthetic Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF)

You can get it at AutoZone, Pep Boys.

It takes 1.2 qts of gear lube.
Mobil 1 Synthetic Gear Lube LS 75W-90

Ask Drew, he installed his own. Said it was very easy. about 2 or 3 hours on his garage floor. I imagine with a lift, much less time.

I am letting CincySpeed do mine since the car will need retuned anyhow. Of course you are more than welcome to look under it...

And I want to change my diff fluid for the 20th time . this time to Mobile 1.

Jason, the 23rd is good for me.

I am toying with lowering or headers. If I go with lowering, any suggestions on which manufacturer/kit I should pick?

For street, go with Eibach ProKit. They are cheap and good quality. Its only 1" and with the GFX, thats all I'd go. I got mine for $205 shipped on sale. Expect about $220 for the set. Very easy install... If you get them by the 23rd, I can put them on. I offer my services free of charge at the mod days! Takes about 2 hours so let Heinz know what you are doing so we can plan it out.

If you want headers, Drew has installed headers so as long as he comes, he can help you there but you will likely need a tune soon after so keep that in mind. He says they take about 2-3 hours.

We can whip out a lot of stuff. Most people are very eager to get dirty! Also, I can be there as early as needed.

Have you seen anything before about Eibach springs weaking like in the 2nd post of this thread?

I haven't research springs so I don't know if there is any reason to be concerned about the Eibach springs for Camaros.

No I haven't and he mentioned "older" cars... how old? I mean, are we talking the mid 90s civics and integras from the Fast and the Furious days? After time all springs will wear out. I wouldn't worry about it.

I should hear back from the director later today.

If I can make it, I'll be bringing some swaybars with me.
