Does deleting the resonator cause drone?
MRT V2 installed, I was just curious if I delete the resonators will there be a drastic increase to the none existent drone currently?

I have long tube headers, x pipe, no cats, no resonators and stock mufflers. No drone at all, sounds almost stock at cruise and idle, but when I get on the gas it screams.

I have MRT V 2.0 with no resonators and there is a TINY bit of drone but it doesn't really bother me.

I think the stock mufflers keep the drone out.

but you have an SS right? v6 are more preminent to droning. Just like a muffler delete on a v6 sound horrible but it sound really good on v8.

Good to know about no drone. MRT V2 going on next Friday and I think I will keep the res delete since I have the res x pipe to help out.

I have this set up and there is some drone, especially if you are in 5th gear going 65-70. Then when in 6th there is some deep drone that is bothersome to my girlfriend, it doesn't bother me though. There is a hum, but that's to be expected.
