only for things it affects. dash lights go out then yes it will still be covered

So if i change only the AIR INDUCTION SYSTEM, with this: http://www.hennesseyperformance.com/hpecoairinwh.html the chevy warranty is still valid?

on everything else, yes, its against the law for them to void the warranty on everything.

In the US that is correct. The OP is in Italy. I have no idea if that is the case in Europe or not. On another note, there are much better intakes for your car. That system allows hot air from the engine bay into the intake which robs you of power.
