White SS with what looked to be 24's blackout windows,,, the windshield was tint too, had Maryland plates

I really like the rims, does anyone know what they are? they are alittle too big but maybe 22's?

i live in maryland and have never seen this car. Also I see maybe 2 or three 5th gen camaros a week around here.
