i would be very interested in this. I just got my Camaro and i'm definately interested in running it on a track, and ive heard tons of good things about mid-ohio. i hope this works out.

jkon, there will be lots of support at this one in may. its very safe and professional. ill help you if i can. the only thing you really need to do is put some good DOT4 brake fluid in. let me know if you get registered.

Are you still working on a track day at Mid-Ohio? The Camaro corral on 15 Jun might be a good time to look for more support.

my wife and i went to the HOD NCM event on 5 6 2013. it was lots of fun. here is my wife on track. she said Z06s taste like chicken. i did a video for her because i usually do one of my sessions. the elevation changes are awesome.

LOVE THE VIDEO! YOUR WIFE ROCKS! She seemed to stay on the line. The Instructors are a lot of help too! I wish i could of came to that event but I had to work...

I have tried getting those guys involved, all they want to do is burnouts on the parade lap, they ( for the most part) want nothing to do with actual track time, unfortunately.

please PM me some info of who you contacted,Your full name, (so i can mention you in my phone call) phone numbers names? What info you gave them? What they told you about the "special day" so I can try to pick up where you left off... The problem is you can't please everyone and hopefully members will change/move their schedules around to go to this event. Mid-ohio is known as "one of the best courses to drive in america" Who knows maybe this becomes an yearly Meet. I'm thinking of trying to get it posted on clubregistration.net as a camaro/Corvette event Having instructors sign up to instruct that way everyone can get to put down some good fast laps. Even with little/no experience. Instead of the lead follow that mid-ohio will want new people to do.
