my uncle had a copo, he went to buy a 69 Z28 when he got back from vietnam until the dealer showed him the copo, he didnt have it very long when it was stolen from right along side the road, he never seen it again, still has the title to it but never put an effort in to try to find it, its a shame really that someone would do that

We sold 5 out of the 7 we braught to Mecum Indy. This COPO surpassed the $200,000.00 price range but is wasn't enough to cut it loose, so No sale.

We did sell the black COPO and the Hugger Orange One. We still have several in Stock, projects, race cars or Gold level restorations.

I also put a glacier blue double COPO back in working order for Classic Dream Cars also. This was an original paint, 34,000 actual mile car that had not been restored. WOW what a car. To drive it was simply awesome. The Lemans blue double COPO car he has for sale now is killer. If you have the money I would spend it on this machine.Attachment 47887

Stefano has some of the best REAL cars you will ever see in public collections.

Congrats on moving that much steel - I guess people are starting to loosen the purse strings and are spending again.

All the options on this one make it a stand out. It's loaded with options.

Once you knew the COPO order numbers for a Camaro 9560, 9561, 9737 you could just about order anything off the Standard RPO (Regular production order) list, as well.

Now most people ordered these special Camaros with as few options as possible as they were to be purpose built race cars some did get built with a bunch of options.

In the sequence of COPO 9561 Camaros built this is a very early production Camaro.
