Car should dyno this week, anyone want to guess what it does..
My car is finally finishing the second stage of the latest round of upgrades. It will be on a dyno this week!
Through this summer ADM went through my ERL block, bored it to 434 cubic inches and we put on the Heartbeat blower. Mid July I drove it out to Arizona and AGP turbo began adding twin precision 6466 turbos. He has done a lot of testing and it is very hot in Arizona, keeping the intake temps down when ambient is around 110 is a tall order. This will be the first compound boost ZL1. Just a highlight of some of the testing. With the blower set to run 11 pounds of boost and the turbos supplying only 5 pounds of boost into the inlet tube, the intake boost pressure is 20 pounds. It really does compound 11+5=20. From a second gear roll at 1500 rpm at zero boost, when the throttle is pegged open the data logs show the car has 10 pounds of boost in .5 seconds and the full 20 in one second. Full boost is available before 2500 rpm, at least with boost only set to a max of 20.... So any guesses on what it will dyno?

First thanks for all of the warm wishes. I'm just hoping I don't blow another engine on the dyno.
All testing to this point has been done on 91 octane pump gas with very conservative timing. Heat has been a real problem because of the warm weather when the ambient is 110 and the location of air filters on the turbos is drawing air off of the hot sun baked blacktop, IAT 1 has been as much as 135. That puts IAT 2 at 150 to 160 without getting into it much. Dyno testing will be done with 100LL aviation gas. I carried a tune for it and ran a lot of AV gas previously. Change the O2 sensors regularly and it is fine. Will most certainly do dyno pulls with ice in the supercharger reservoir and still monitor IAT 2. With ice in the reservoir I think IAT 2 should be fine through a dyno pull. The car dynoed, 725 on just 11 pounds of supercharger boost before the turbos were added. Tried some different pulley combos and at least for now decided that 11 was the sweet spot on the supercharger at least only running it up to a total of 20 pounds compound boost. This pulley ratio is keeping the supercharger around 19,000 rpm or less throughout the engine rpm limit. Less supercharger boost produces slightly lower intake temps but it takes a lot longer to build boost. When I have numbers I'll let you guys know shortly thereafter....
