Does my '65 Fastback count as an older Mustang? Look for blue with white type 1965 Ontario plates on that one. Although truth be told I'm likely to be in the Boss. Love this thread, keep pictures coming everyone.

Thank - you, Glad you are enjoying them. Yes, there are a TON of great looking cars, sad thing is I cannot get photos of all of them.

Not to steal Mike's thunder, but here's some more pictures that my wife took last night while out on Woodward:

For those not familiar with the Woodward Dream Cruise - it's a one day event on the 3rd Saturday of August. Woodward Avenue in general, though, is a cruising mecca when the weather is nice. Manufacturers actually have driving tests which were born out on Woodward Ave. During the spring, summer, and fall you will see people cruising on Woodward every Friday and Saturday night. Leading up to the day of the Dream Cruise, though, people hit Woodward hard and pack the streets. Honestly last night driving 3 miles took about 20-30 minutes from the traffic creeping along.. It's great!

Thank - you Brian for jumping in. NP on the thunder. I only started the thread and saved the front section for myself. IT was great seeing you and your family out there again. What a great tradition to do.

As for being a local business... you are better off closing down for the week because most places will lose money just staying open unless they serve food.

Yeah it was very slow out there for sure.

Absolutley it counts. My favorites are the 65 thru 73's. They were ruined during the Mustang II era. If I remember to take a photo and see it I will take it. Thank - you for the compliment. More being loaded soon.

It wasn't hard to miss the group. We were 4 wide and over 10 deep.

Great pictures! This helps soften my withdraw now that Hot August Nights is over. It is so much fun to see what people have done with their cars, and to see the cars that people have loved enough to maintain/restore.

Batman is just awesome, too.

Heading out to Woodward in about an hour (Friday August 16th). I will be at Memorial Park (13 mile and Woodward). I will have plenty of pictures to post later tonight.

Wow, keener. I just stumbled outta bed. Gonna head to MRT for their open house today, revisit The Henry Ford, them meeting a friend with his new Camaro and heading to the GM section of Woodward with wife and kidlets. Dinner tonight with Mustang Engineers (sorry). Should be a good day.
