No it would not but you'll get a CEL and to get rid of it would require a tune which will void a portion of your warranty. Also use the v8 specific section, there are a lot of guys and gals that can help you information wise on what has worked for them.

OP you're new here so I'll give you a break. No, it will not void your warranty but the almost required tune will void the warranty. In the future, type your question into google and put camaro5 after it. This will display all the relevant C5 threads since most of these topics have been covered countless of times

With a tune, powertrain warranty is done. But they'll still replace various other unrelated parts as needed.

Have to pay to play. Headers have been the most significant difference for me, sound and feel.

come on folks, lets be nice, if he is new. geez. it not the end of the world for him asking. lets dont intimidate folks or make them feel bad. in the time it takes to type a nasty response, a person could just answer Yes or NO to his question and be done with it. lets chill and welcome him. OP, good luck on your mod, !.

Basically, if you have to ask, assume YES.

That may not be the case, but if warranty bothers you that much, avoid it.

+1
Rules say we should be helpful.

Didn't you people's mothers ever tell you, if you don't have something nice to say, don't say anything at all. Ok it didn't take for me either, but when someone asks a question either answer it or get off the thread. Or say "Hey, new guy, haven't seen you around, welcome."

So, Hey OP, haven't seen you around yet, welcome, headers really sound frickin awesome on these cars. I think even if you have to tune and void some warranty it's worth it if you can cover the potential repairs that warranty might not cover anymore.
