Are you running the Green cats? Interesting considering the extra cost and promise of no CEL.

He may not get the catalyst efficiency codes with the rear O2's, but the delayed response codes are related to the front O2's. They are P015B and P015D. And they'll show up in a couple days.

Sounded awesome on the take off video. Sucks you had so much trouble with the install. I have read,in another thred, that the older style Kooks don't bolt right up to the ZL1. They have since changed something so the headers fit the SS and ZL1. I have the Kooks off my SS, so I will be most likely making the same dents/mods you did. As I don't want to buy new headers when these only have like 2000 miles on them.

I'm not use to it. I had to be careful as those tires are no goo at those speeds.

Not much louder than stock at cruise. Only noticeably at WOT.

Only CEL light for misfires because the ignition wires randomly keep coming disconnected by themselves. I have checked them all and they are all on but randomly they come off. It's like the motor twist and then the wire fall off the spark plug end only.

The good thing is you cannot see where I pressed it. You will be fine.

Car sounds great. How long ago did you buy the headers? Where did you buy them? I'm just curious if you have the old style or new style. I loved the Kooks on my GTO and I am thinking of getting them on the ZL1 but there are other options if i am going to have these types of fitment issues.
