I have leaks, but not at the window. Good luck I hope its a easy fix. Mine goes in again monday for more "research". Since they haven't been able to actually fix my leak I can't really call it a repair

Has anyone drove through the carwash and afterwards at the vacuum you notice soap on the underside of the door? Not inside the car, but like at the bottom of the door sill.

I don't really worry about it though.

My passenger side leaked after the first wash. I took it to my dealer, they did the "reprograming" that has been explained many times here before. I explained I had already followed the directions in the owners manual and what had been posted here. They had to pull the door panel off and physically reset the position of the glass in the rails to get the window to get high enough at full up to stop the leaking. But the fixed it in one trip so I can't complain.

My driver side would leak on the vertical part of the window on the back. I originally took it in and they could not duplicate it. I took it in again about a month ago, this time they said they adjusted the weather stripping. And low and behold I'm going back again next week for round three.

A new car should not leak IMO. I have never had one that did!!!

I heard that same thing about different issues on mine. I go to a diffferent dealer now. They take my word as gospel.

Will never take my beautiful blue boy thru an automated wash. I care too much for my camaro to subject it to that kind of abuse.

On subject. I've never seen any leaks. During rain or hand wash. Keep you seals fresh, there is a product that is recommended in the owners manual for this. Do a litlle reading and you'll be able to avoid this and many other little problems

He's not ignorant IMO, just a lazy sack of crap. Just another service A hole who's hoping We, the consumer are stupid enough to believe that ridiculous excuse. Service/car salesmen sleaziness is reaching epic proportions.
