i placed an order for interior bulbs for 2 different vehicles & i only had a couple complaints:
the invoice was paid on 5/3 & i still ain't got them, so i called their office & the nice lady found out that one of the bulb types was out of stock (because their supplier sent something else instead) & that's what was holding up the order. they said they'd ship what they have & send me the others when they came in (which is all well & good except for the fact that the expected date to receive the last part is after i ship off for the Air Force :(. i mentioned that & she said she'd see what she could do...) also, they still had one of the bulb types wrong - even after going over the order a couple times via PM, but, again, that was easily remedied over the telephone today.

i met with them at the Fest & they seemed like very knowledgeable, helpful people.
it was also apparent that they were starting to feel overwhelmed by all the orders they were racking up.

would i continue to do business with them?

Scrboy....it appears you just got served.

Your turn. You got any "proof" that you're being hosed? If you don't come back, we'll know the score. You can't hide now. And 50 cents to mail products? For real? That just mails a letter. Unless you want crushed bulbs, you'll need a bigger package for that.

What disturbs me more is the threatening manner in which the email appears, especially the part about going and posting on forums about how bad the OP felt he was treated. That's plain silly. Reminds me of "I'll tell mom on you".

I know electronic correspondence, when copied, can be manipulated, but in this case, I don't think so. It mirrors the same type of wording used in the OP's post. So I concur......BURN! OP= 0, ACC =+1

Although nobody has posted on this thread in over a month. I wanted to chime in and congratulate AACSTYLE for what thus far have been A+ products arriving promptly. I havn't had any issues yet but I am a C5.com junkie and anytime an issue comes about that is posted on this site, a rep from AACSTYLE seems eager to solve the problem. Coming from a retail background I have to thank the company for their willingness to help.

Although I'm glad this was bumped...I enjoyed seeing AAC destroying that guy with facts.

I ordered once with AAC (sidemarkers) and shipping was fast.

I also spent over $100 with them at the 2011 Fbody gathering and their products were great.

I need to jump in here as well. Not only have I been very satisfied with all AAC products I have ordered, Jonathan has been AMAZING at answering all my annoying questions and staying on top of order status requests.

I highly recommend them.
