Question Technical question about halo headlights..

So basically, my story goes like this: I bought a 2010 1LT Camaro. I then put 8000K HID lights in. They look great, but I'm becoming more and more jealous of the people who have the halo headlights. So, to the point: I'm wondering if it's at all feasible to install halo headlight assemblies, while using my own HID system as the headlight itself. (Basically, putting my own bulbs into one of these assemblies). I just don't want to throw away my HID system, as I paid about 160 bucks for it. I don't really care if the halo assembly itself is from GM (dealer, I guess), or AAC, or whoever else. Any opinions/solutions to this? Or am I just crazy for even trying? lol

I couldn't really find anything on the forum that answered this question.

What 8000K HID lights do you have? are they a h13 or what, that will let us know what headlight you can run.

You can not use a GM headlight with the halo's with after market HID..

It is a hid projector kit you can buy. Spectra and some other river companies make the mod.
