about how long would you say you wait after backing up to go from R to D? are you still moving slightly? do you just flick the shifter back to D and go?
It will die before I even get the car out of 'R' sometimes, at least it seems like it. I have just figured it was cam lope. Maybe coupled with my brake pulling vacuum at the same time.

You did but I was stretching my funds to the max at the time. There was just no money for a stall.

That was a year ago. You must be going to be within shouting distance of Ron in a couple short months or something.

Was going to put a stall in and have them tune it. They said I could get it retuned up to a year but I may miss it by a few weeks.

Pretty common with a cam actually. She's was just tired of the donk wheels and is ready to put the power down better.

most likely its just vacuum. didn't you already adjust the idle speed to be a little higher?

just an odd memory... my 94Z would idle around 520rpm in N and 480rpm in gear...

what has randy done so far that is safe?

stops spinning wheels with his finger
starts car, puts it in gear on jackstands, then locks himself out of it while the wheels are spinning...

I'll be on a time crunch but I'll be there for Saturday and Sunday. Gotta be back home Monday afternoon. Where would we do it?
