Good Dealer in Jax/Mayport Area?

Just found out I'll be stationed in Mayport for the next two years and I was wondering if anyone knew of any good MSRP or less dealers that you trust in that area.

Thanks!

First off, Welcome to Jacksonville!

Let me know if you need help getting the lay of the land out here. I'm sure there will be people at your command that will get you aquainted. Just in case, shoot me a PM if you'd like.

Unfortunately, Jax dealers aren't so good.

Chewy started these two threads that may help.

I checked the surrounding Jax area and didn't find much at all. I didn't even get any responses from a couple dealers I contaced. The ones that did were either charging over MSRP, yeah right, or their allocations were already sold.

As of 2/19, Jack Wilson Chevy had one of their 5 sold allocations cancel. They are selling at MSRP.

Me, I am buying from Matt Kennedy at Garber in Michigan. Yes, I said Michigan. He's having the car drop shipped to the Garber Chevy dealership in Green Cove Springs. He's even accepting empl/suppl pricing too. I don't know how many/if any allocations he has remaining.

Good luck.

I ordered from George Moore Chevrolet, but they've got their first allocation 'accounted' for already.

They're a smaller dealer that's still family owned/operated. I had a minor issue initially, but it was 'escalated' and rectified IMMEDIATELY. They do not tolerate lack luster salesmen and WILL NOT tolerate an even slightly dishonest salesman.

Good luck.
