what would cause this?
I have 2012 automatic 20k miles with ported blower, headers with hiflo cats,2.38 pulley, blower spacer, cai, tune, all work done by formato. I can't get car to him for 2 weeks as he's busy so I thought I'd try here. My check engine light has come on 5-6 times in past month codes are P0171-P0174 lean bank codes. I noticed the engine light after fueling the car on the last few occasions so this morning with a 1/2 tank of fuel and no check engine light on I fueled up at shell gas station with 93 as i always do. I put 7 gallons in wich did not fill it all the way up but when I started the car I watched the engine light come on. What could be causing lean codes by simply putting gas in car and starting it? Anyone else have this issue? I appreciate any input.

Fuel pressure?
Check your fuel pump pressure....just guessing here...

Not likely if it's affecting both banks. P0171 and P0174

Only thing I could think of is a vent solenoid sticking and making a vacuum leak when the purge solenoid engages, but that should also be giving you evap codes. Since it takes three times to set the evap, maybe the purge vacuum eventually closes the vent solenoid. If you have a scanner that allows you to monitor, fill the tank and then see how long it takes for the fuel tank pressure to go negative.

I forgot to mention this, formato tuned the Car one year ago and the engine light thing just started happening a little over a month ago. Yesterday when the light came on it went off few hours later by itself. I usually go to advance have code read and cleared.
