Mike is scheduled for a special surgery on October 14th, and will remain in the hospital for 2 weeks to heal...
If all goes well, he will be ready for a transplant as soon as it becomes available...
I need to call him this week...I haven't spoken to him on the phone in a few weeks...he really wasn't up to it lately...
Hopefully, I can reach him this week...
In the meantime, I would still appreciate any and all prayers, and I know Mike really does appreciate them too...
I always tell him about you guys/gals supporting me, supporting him...

I hope and pray for your friend that everything goes well with his surgery. I hate to see anyone have to go through what your friend is going through, I know it isn't easy, I'm going through something similar with my grandfather right now.
