Sounds like an excellent evening! Can I ask what the technical problem was on the first run?

Very cool buddy.
Thanks B.

It was huge fun...

It was a great evening. We cleaned the MAF and checked the inside of the intake manifold for oil, (it's dry as a bone by the way) and I didn't get the clamp on tight enough... We blew the intake pipe off at the intake manifold... Doing the math, there is a lot of pressure and force right there...

I never got into 4th gear... I was crossing the finish line at 6200 or so RPM in third gear.

I hear you, there is much more in the car and when the driver catches up to it, we'll see some better times and consistency.... While I'm gone offshore, Corey will finish the boost controller install, as well as the nitrous set up and be ready to go to Indianapolis.

Congratulations....has been a long time coming so it has to feel good to finally be able to rip it!

The launch is an art form that I never mastered....so I said screw this and went with a 4L80 to cure that looking like a tard in front of everyone problem but before I did that...4000-4500 rpm launches were the ticket on my ride.

Great first night out though!!
