yeah I saw that the other day. My car isn't covered but they say they still do a visual check.
on a side note My truck hasn't had emissions since I moved down here in 2007. but that's because its a V10 and considered commercial duty.

They need to do away with emissions testing for all counties. Its a crock when only 48 out of 100 counties require it.
