First reaction while on the way home was, this is like driving a celebrity around. EVERYONE WAS LOOKIN AT ME.   Second reaction was, why the hell won't this thing go into second gear? EVERYONE IS LOOKING AT ME......    What an idiot!!!!

Full stop at just my third stop sign ever in the Camaro, at the bottom of a hill, on a rainy day - looking in my rear view mirror and see an SUV come barrelling down....my first reaction was 'OH S#$T!' Luckly she stopped texting quick enough to swerve and avoid rear ending me.
So my second reaction was to take her cell phone and shove it where...well, you know where.

I didnt. Dealer drove the car to my house as I was having a B-day party for a family member. We went for a short freeway drive to the beach. Was fun getting aquainted with it after the LT!

I'm almost 29 years old and in law enforcement. My mother still worries about me, needless to say. So, I'm cruising down I-35 while talking to her...rather listening to her why I shouldn't have gotten another Camaro. (My previous 'maro was a midnight purple 1992 RS and I loved it so much, but had to get rid of it.)
Anyways, she was making me promise that I won't be driving fast and showing it off. As I'm telling her that I won't, I glance down at my speedometer that says 108 mph. So I guess my first reaction in my car was.."Hmmm...oops. It doesn't feel like I'm going that fast."

i drove straight to work but .. i only work half day then took half day off to drive that car lol .... At that day . i ran almost 100 miles

8/21/09: Driving home from the dealer over 3 years ago.
The first summit white on the road in Ct as far as I know. After 3 years I still get the same feeling every time I take the SS out. |
