Check out the pics of my Hertz sub system. Custom yellow vinyl enclosure with black stripes to match the car. Also features a matching amp rack with the ss logo.

The entire trunk was covered with Ballistic sound dampening
2 12" Hertz HX300 600W RMS - 1200W Peak
Audison SR 1DK 1200 W amp

Yeah...Looks good bud...2 x 12" must just shake the car...I have
only 1 10" with 500 watts and it's fine for now...Nice job bud...

This was a custom built enclosure by the guys at mobile sound systems in Arlington, Texas

The car does shake allot but fortunately it does not rattle allot. The ballistic sound dampening helped allot. Although I do have to say that I have the same complaint as the other guys here with the back middle part of the trunk opening has the only source of rattling.

For bluedevil yes the bass knob directly controls the amps gain.

I am completely satisfied. Now the components will be next but i just may opt on getting an audison amp for the component since the boston speakers have some hidden power to them.

I had hertz dsk 165 installed and personally don't see need for an amp. Sound clear and loud. Not sayin wouldn't add a amp later but diff night and day. Like ur install by the way
