2.38 Upper Pulley Slip

I've had some issues with belt slip, I put on one of the fleet belts and it seems to have gotten a little better. I'm wondering if any of you are running the 100mm idler. It seems like the 2.4 metco pulley charts suggest it, but the 2.38 lingenfelter one doesn't. do you think it would help? I have a stock lower pulley still.

I would try dropping your belt size by 1/2 ". LPE does not show a belt size with the 100mm, only 90.

Why not just do a bigger crank pulley and blower pulley?

2.40 (2.38) Metco upper
MIP-100V Metco idler
9.10 TSP lower/crank

DAYCO Poly Rib Gold Label 5080670 8-rib belt
