Dang, missed the show. Did watch the replay in time to see the murder nova finally beat the Sonoma truck. Will have to try to catch later replays to see the SS vs the bug!

Saw that last night. While most of it is staged it is a very entertaining show to watch. I find it hard to believe that the guy in the Camaro out of no where had a helmet, fire jacket, and jeans (he had on shorts when they met him) in the car waiting for a race. But I'm glad the Camaro won because the last time they had those 3 Camaro's on there they spanked all of them making us look bad. The guy last night looked like he had some kind of LS shirt repping a club. Would be cool if he was on the forum to tell about it

Did some looking up on that mountain motor that Doc has and was like
  I had no clue those engines were over 1000ci making at least 2000hp before doing anything else to them. AND they cost anywhere from 30 to 90k! What do all those guys do for a living!?

One of them was selling his stuff to get enough money to buy parts for his car lol. The El Camino is a true rat racer, it's put together with found and used parts. I don't think they get paid much for the show or the money come in spurts. |
