WU8 = special appearence package?

found this when i googled WU8

For 98-02, things got very ambiguous and quite difficult to discern as to whether a Z28 was an SS or a clone. This was due in part to the Second Sticker. Cars with Base Alterations Package were cars that were designated by St. Therese to go to SLP only to recieve the Hood Wheels and Spoiler and thus did not have a Second Sticker because they were considered Base Alterations. I'm not going to go into detail as to what options were where and why as I have shaken that tree enough. Basically what we are looking for to see if an SS is the real deal or a clone, and the car has no second sticker, you want to look in the Drivers Side Door jamb, and locate the build codes, you want to find the code "WU8". This code transcended the 96-02 model run and was present on all SS's for the 4th Gen.

Not sure if it means anything, but it wouldnt be area WU8 for no reason at all, right?

Hey guys! After finnally figuring the shunt, fbodfather thread all out (i think, who really knows anymore) i decided to join so i could get in the mix. i love how we are all so into the new Maro that this movie script has been developed! Anyone sold the rights to universal yet??

Oh, and by the way, just my 2 cents, what do you guys think of this idea.

During this whole shunt, fbodfather thing some references were made to the LS1. Now we all know they'll never put the LS1 back in the Camaro, but could someone be giving us hints as to a different engine?

If you'll recall there was talk about a possible DI V8 that is capable of more horse power with less displacement...... LS1=5.7 350hp......new 5.7 DI V8 400+ hp better gas mileage? Reasoning for mentioning LS1? Just a thought.

The agent stared into the monitor watching the sedan shrink to a tiny black spot. "No, he wont." said the agent. "His power is strong. Whatever happens now the world will always know the name of EL ES JUAN."
