1SS GUAGE INSTALL FROM A TO Z !!
(FROM NY5THGEN.COM)
Shopped around for gauges for my car. To buy new, found it from GMpartsdirect although to find the cheap prices you need to go into the catalog which brings you to a separate website. The site is confusing and it seems a but shady to me but thats just my opinion the prices were super cheap shipping is very high though. There are plenty of options new if you shop around. Wound up finding the guages from a brother from the Camaro community. As people modify thier cars more and more parts like this will be available so I suggest checking the local market place and classifieds of the national and the local Camaro websites. After a lot of research and finally finding the right parts this was very simple. Im hoping to list every important aspect of the project here to make it easier for the next guy who runs into my problem. FACTS: 1.) AUXILARY GAUGES FROM GM ARE JUST PLUG AND PLAY 2.) IF GAUGES ARE PURCHASED USED OUT OF A 2SS OR 2LT YOU WILL NEED TO USE THE HARNESS LISTED HERE OR HAVE A CUSTOM ONE MADE. 3.) THERE ARE TWO DIFFERENT PART #S FOR A6 AND M6 CARS parts list 4.) THESE DONT NEED TO BE ACTIVATED BY A DEALER PARTS LIST: SMALL PLASTIC PRY BAR AUXILARY GUAGE CLUSTER CONSOLE COVER A6 109139 Quad Pack Data Harness – 2010-2011 Camaro available @ http://www.casperselectronics.com/store2/index.php NOW JUST PUT IT BACK TOGETHER AND ENJOY ! FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO JUST GOT THE AUX GAUGES FROM GM THIS IS A BIT SIMPLER: VERY SPECIAL THANKS TO KENDELL CHIN (DOC) MARK BOLT AND DARTH MARTEL, GOOD TO KNOW THERES STILL GOOD PEOPLE OUT THERE |

I did the same on mine. I installed it in 20 minutes, it was easy. My switchblade silver door and dash inserts, now that's another story.

How to install 4 Pack Gauge
Can I install a 4 Pack Gauge from a 2010 Camaro to a 2015 Camaro V6?
My 4 Pack gauges has the same harness of your photos. Or I have to get another kind of wire harness? Thank you |

I talked to the dealer about installing mine before I pick my car up they said they have to cut and splice and it will void the warranty. So does anyone have a part number for the 4 pack that will plug and play for a 1ss? Thanks in advance

Are these actually real gauges that show readings or just glorified idiot lights that just tell you when its too late...?
Because if they are real, I want 'em. If they are just idiot lights, I'll keep the space free. |
