98 v6 engine problem

ok so this is an issue ive been dealing with for 4 months now i cant get my car to run right im not dumb when it comes to cars i had a friend hook my car up to a computer and it said engine misfire and o2 sensor right side is bad and crankshaft positioning sensor is bad ive replaced all wires sparks plugs even cleaned up the coils whenever i start the car and drive down the road for a test drive it sputters really bad and check engine light flashes 3 times i dont know if an oxegen sensor and or crankshaft sensor could be causing this ive even changed fuel filter please help and dont just tell me to have someone else hook it up to a computer
