Squash dual pump install

Hey guys, I've been trying to wait for the Squash returnless pump to be released for almost the past year. I'm sick of waiting and I'll probably order their return-style dual pump (E85) sometime this week. My question is if I made an access panel under my back seat for my ZL1 pump upgrade, will this help me at all with the install of this new Squash set up? If not, how long did it take you guys to do the install assuming I do not have a lift? Any tricks or recommendations?

Thanks!

I had an access cut and made the install easy. putting the ends on the lines is the hardest part. Took me about 4hr total install.

So you didn't have to drop the tank? Anything I need to know to make the install any easier? Thanks man!

Didn't drop the tank. No install is pretty straight forward. I mounted my FP regulator on the outside of the fresh air box. Give Andy a call if you have any problems.

Yeah, I heard that. "Very soon" doesn't mean too much to me anymore after hearing it for almost a year. I will still go with the Squash (return-style) set up and Andy seems like a great guy, just seems like certain things with the new pump are out of his hands. It's a bummer because I know it's going to be a sweet set up. I just can't wait any longer. Racing season is here and I have some Hellcats to thrash!

Mine is going in this week. I have been waiting to use a lift, but it is my brother's, and well you know how that can go. I will be doing it on jack stands. Cutting a door is not really an option from my perspective. The time it will take to do it right, clean up, etc. might as well just drop the tank. But that is just me. Pretty excited tho. I will let you know how it goes.

The install is pretty easy. It requires a lot of disassembly, but overall not too hard.
A couple tips:

Drill higher than I did.

After cutting line to length thread black fitting in for 5-6 threads, and then back it out all the way. Then put the silver part over the hose. This way the hose end will not be all deformed and already have some threads. It makes installing these lines very easy. Also remember that you can only use special fittings with this hose. I looked on pegasus, and they do not come cheap.

I have some pics of the install in this album:

Is your engine forged? With a maggie tvs 2300, cam, meth, TB, injectors, ZL1 pump with ADM FPCM we saw above 700 with plenty of more room to grow to the wheels. Not sure how much more youd want?
