I never did and exhaust before and had my old one off and a new one on in about 2 hours with only rear ramps.
Tools used: Ramps - For the lift Soapy water - to help release the hangers Torque wrench - obvious 15MM socket - For clamps and brach 7MM scoket - for diffuser pull back See here: http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=286732 |

I forgot to mention the jack to help hold the exhaust up while you disconnet from the rear hangers.

on the V6, I put the rear on stands, removed the connections from the cats, set the front piping on a jack, pulled the jack forward, and viola! It took longer the install the new one piece by piece.

It's just all in how you do it. I don't like the built-in search function here. I hate wading through the massive list of crap it supplies. I always put something like "site:camaro5.com DIY catback install" straight into the google search box and I find I get MUCH better results.
