Hey OP...in case you were wondering......the exact Center of Balance of YOUR car is 90.67" from the very front of your car.

Longtubes, cats
18's on back (I now have them up front)
aftermarket stall converter (I think 9 lbs lighter than stock)
Removed engine cover

I can't remember if I weighed before I swapped out the stock mufflers for the Morosos, but I think the weight difference is over 16 lbs EACH.

I also just swapped on 18's, and they are 11 lbs ligher each.

I'm going to go back and weigh when I have a chance.

I found an example where a guy's L99 was 3860 with 1/2 tank of gas, so 120 lbs out. If you look at Doc's thread you'll see that full exhaust will drop quite a bit of weight.

I think I'll be 3690 based on the mufflers and 18's up front, and I'll take out the junk in the trunk.

That splitter helps man, believe it or not. Plus it looks A M A Z I N G!!!

Matt that weight makes sense and the NPP is about 10lbs lighter than the stock exhaust. I saw someone compare weights on the forum once. Our cars are curb at 3875 I think. You still won't catch me riding over half a tank, with floor mats, with engine cover, with anything in the glove box or center console, with the inflator kit and shoes that resemble anything but those early waffle made nikes (~3750) You never know when those stangs are creepin' up on you round da D man!

Hmm didn't know there was that much of a difference between the 1SS and 2SS. I only have rear view cam and nav on mine. No NPP though.

Most of your weight comes from weight of headlights, leather, gauge package, Boston Acoustics system, heaters in seats..

I took the standard halogen headlights. Would be interesting to see weight difference in leather vs cloth and standard vs BA sound system

I just put my 2010 2ss on the scales today at Back Street Performance.
This was with just a fuzz under half a tank of fuel, the big camaro trunk matt, a bottle of willwood brake fluid, & 3 bottles of meguires detailer, wax, & glass cleaner in the trunk... lol
The individuals numbers are with me in the car, without me was 3,792
This was a quick spur of the moment weight. I ~ we didn't put the car on their lift, strictly out of curiousity weight.

Leather seats will for sure weigh more, I'd be surprised if it was as much as 20 lbs per seat (fronts), could be just 10 lbs more. Just a guess. My L99 is a 1SS/RS. I will try and weigh again this week.
