so you get 40 off and the skip shift? i tried to do the c5cai and it did not work.

any difference between ceramic vs. black besides the aesthetic differences? does the black finish last longer or something? for $50 more it seems there would be something else other than just the physical look being different.

Correct. The coating that makes the thermal protection difference is the ceramic, which all systems get. The black is just a powdercoat that goes over the ceramic adn is only for looks.
