It's Apple's operating system for the iPhone, iPod Touch & iPad. It was previously called "iPhone OS_", but since it's for more than just the phone they renames it "iOS_". Not really. Several features of iOS4 only work on the iPhone 3GS & 4, not on the 3G that was release 2 years ago.

This is why I brought my laptop into work today, so I didn't have to waste all night messing with it at home

It's backing my phone up as we speak.. err... type.

Please someone else try this.

I upgraded my 3GS to iOS4 today, now music streaming in my Camaro via the USB cable is totally fubared.

After 4-5 songs it pauses playing, there's a delay of about 30 seconds and then it disconnects the iPhone and says there's no supported data.

I can't search or select songs. If I go to Search on the Camaro and then Playlists, pick a playlist and then a song, it doesn't play it, pauses and disconnects.

I haven't tried Bluetooth yet to see if that's any better. I prefer the USB stream so I get the display on the radio and have control through the car.

Can someone else that upgrade test this and see if you have similar results?
