No. No paint is missing just a little paint transfer from soft wood

OIC, I thought that was missing paint as well. Only thing to do now is have the PDR guy take a look.

PDR won't work on that, the dented area is right over the character line of the fender ...

This dent is in pretty much the same spot as mine and looks like he got it out:

And what are those shavings on the floor he showed at the end?

PDR will work. They will drill a hole in the area that your door covers. They will most likely cover the hole with a black cover. Will most likely cost you around 250 or 300 for a job like that.

Use some polish compound to remove the transferred paint.

The pile so shavings at the end of the video appears to be glue remnants. PDR often involves a series of glue pulls, where the tech glues a tab on top of the dent and then uses a small slide to pull the dent where access from behind many not be possible. Once pulled out a squirt of denatured alcohol removes the glue tab.

That looks like a fairly complicated dent and in a very important character line of the car. I'd try a reputable PDR guy first but chances are that quarter needs a re spray. Just had my drivers side resprayed to the tune of $1400. I hope you get her fixed up soon.
