Sounds good - will do when I get it. It may be this week!! I will post pictures also, they are installing a chrome supercharge and powder coating the rear brake calipers to match the front upgraded ones. Should look good.

Sweet. I'd love the rear calipers powder coated to match. Will it still have the Brembo lettering?

Definitely get some close up shots of the calipers and engine bay.

I am getting the full package except for the clutch and axles. The chrome supercharger and powder coated rear calipers are the only special items. Did I mention mine is a convertible IOM with the white stripes.

DJxrated81 - I just found out that they are starting production on my car either today or tomorrow. So it might not have been in the shop out of the warehouse until now.

ZL600 FK - Did you get your yet? I found out I'm number 17 someone snuck in there between our builds. lol

I will most likely not get the car back until the first week of March.

Gents,

I believe the threshold for mileage for SLP is 5000. Mine was converted from 2SS/RS to ZL 427 (work performed in Alabama Facility) and after visiting CFest I I opted for the ZL 550 (work performed in Toms River, NJ). What a beast! Now have added the long tube headers/Crossover........ this is a different car totally!!! Love the SLP product....

They called me tuesday about the calipers - they are going to match front ones including letter color. Changing caliper color is time consuming as they disassemble the calipers to powder coat them (expensive) - reassemble and bleed brakes. Roger informed me today that most likely the car will undergo final inspection on Monday and I will now probably get the car end on next week. Note that they did mechanical work in NJ and shipped car to MI to paint it - currently in MI. Car has seen a lot of miles in a trailer.

Wow, you must be getting antsy. Mine just started production and I'm already getting antsy. I think doing the calipers was a good choice. It will look super sharp. I'm looking forward to seeing pics.
