My interior vid towards the end im holding it at different rpm levels. 1k, 2k, 3k, 4k. hard to get a live feel from the camera
I don,t know what dynapad is.... But: I already have put a 3/4" insulating pad under the trunk mat. Do you think that would help ?
Where do you here the sound coming from ? Trunk area ? Or ?
I guess its like a drone or vibrating sound ?
You say light load in 6th. At what RPM's
I do most of my driving at app. 1,400 to 1,600+ RPM's in 6th.

Thanks .............

I just ck'd Ebay, now I know what dynapad is. I think that would help.

There are also roll on sound deadening if you are concerned about the added weight. Dynamats are heavy

Nope... their are certain RPM/Loads that it's a bit "boomy" but it is usually very short lived and not annoying.. I can cruise on the highway in 6th gear with no issues..

Based on what Scuba Steve posted it sounds like he really hasn't experienced drone either... perhaps he can comment?

Also, is the SLP using 4 inch tips?

sounds good. Hopefully you can get the drone cdeadened out.
Still debating over the "Screaming" exhausts, corsa or slp.

while it does look good... i wonder how much of the drone is attributed to the 4 inch tips... perhaps they are acting like a megaphone...

The SLP tips are Double wall 4" OD & app. 3 3/8" ID.
So they are app. the same as your 3 1/2" tips. I don't think they would make much diff. if any in drone in the cabin.

The 4" Tips sure look GREAT !

I think the drone would have to be the difference between their small mufflers as compared to your small Aero Turbine A25 RESONATORS.

BTW has your shop got the A25's yet ?
