Well in all Honesty a stock Cobra and stock Camaro is about a even match. easily. Good luck though finding a stock Cobra anything now days.....

Did not see the race so I cannot comment on driving and who did what, but stock to stock, it should be a drivers race.

there's a guy in my town already wanting to race me in his 03 svt cobra. he said intake, exhaust, and a smaller supercharger pulley are his mods. does my bone stock ls3 camaro have a chance??? i mean he'll spin off the line at the track but would he catch me at the end of the track or what??

How do you know he will spin off the line? but with those mods on his cobra i doubt you would have a chance stock, they have been known to be underrated and a pulley swap throws in an easy 75 extra HP along with a cai and exhaust he would have to spin through 3rd gear for you to catch him.

He could be making anywhere around 425-450+ rwhp with those mods. That added to the lighter weight does not bode well for a stock Camaro. Put another way, with those mods and DR's GT500's have run very low 11's. Cobra owners say they are faster mod for mod so do the math.
