Can somebody help me figure this out...

So I noticed this lying on the floor in the back just behind the drivers seat today. I looked around but have no idea where it came from or what it is. Can anybody help me out?

It looks like it may be a guide for the seat cable/wiring. Looks unused though? I don't really know.

Just a part as described above that was dropped accidently by a line worker, look under your back seat and in your trunk where the battery and inflator are, you may find more freebies.
